Men dominate the fashion industry with only 14% of top brands having female leaders at the helm. Lafayette 148, a women-led global brand, aims to challenge this disparity. The Beach House collaborated with this female-led brand to develop the campaign assets for their 2022 retail collection, focusing on women-led initiatives. The challenge was to align Lafayette 148’s identity with market expectations.

We crafted a campaign with every aspect of the production supported by female talent, driving the brand forward. This included spotlighting the brand’s designers as models in photography to sound and set design by female musicians and artists associated with the company. The goal was to redefine elegance by moving women from the mood board, onto the payroll to inspire impact for top brands in the industry.

This wasn't just another fashion production. It was a statement. We took women from being muses on mood boards to make them the architects of their narratives. Our goal was to redefine elegance, to shift the paradigm, inspiring not just our audience but the entire industry to see the power of women not just in fashion, but in leadership.
